3. Eligibility

5. Subscriptions and Payments

- Priority customer support
- Regular updates and new features
Available Plans:

5.2 Payment Processing

We do not directly handle or store payment information.
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store/Google Play account settings
5.4 Free Trials
New users may be eligible for a free trial period (typically 3 days).
Free Trial Terms:
- You must provide payment information to start a trial
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of the trial unless cancelled
- Only one free trial per user
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers
5.5 Refund Policy
App Store/Google Play Refunds:
- Refund requests must be made through the App Store or Google Play
- We do not control refund decisions made by these platforms
- Generally, refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods
Exceptional Circumstances:

- We will work with you to resolve issues or assist with refund requests
5.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time.

- You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them
- We have no obligation to implement your suggestions
- We may use your feedback without compensation or attribution
8.2 Device Connections and Settings
- TV connections and custom settings you create remain your property
- We may use anonymized, aggregated data for app improvement
- You can delete your connections at any time
9. Privacy

- You must separately cancel subscriptions through App Store/Google Play

- We discontinue the App
- Required by law
We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of:
- Legal requirements
- Security concerns
- Immediate risk of harm
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All licenses granted to you will immediately cease
- You must stop using the App
- Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability)
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16.2 Informal Resolution

We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
16.3 Arbitration Agreement
You agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.
Arbitration Rules:

- One arbitrator will be selected
- Location: Delaware or your location (your choice)
Exception: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.
16.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR CLASS ARBITRATIONS.
All disputes must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action.
16.5 Jurisdiction
For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Delaware.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
17.5 No Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and MetaLoop.
17.6 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemic, government action).
17.7 Export Control
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws. You may not use or export the App in violation of U.S. export laws.
18. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge:
- These Terms are between you and MetaLoop, not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
- You will comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service
19. Google Play Additional Terms
If you download the App from Google Play, you acknowledge:
- These Terms are between you and MetaLoop, not Google
- Google has no obligation to provide support for the App
- Google is not responsible for the App or its content
- You will comply with Google Play's Terms of Service
